The Amador Four Fires Food & Wine Festival is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Amador County Fairgrounds in Plymouth, California. This annual event celebrates Amador Wine Country through a focus on four iconic wine regions the Rhône Valley (France), Italy, Spain/Portugal (Iberia), and “Heritage California” that inspire local winemaking

The festival takes place at the historic Gold Rush-era Amador County Fairgrounds

General Admission: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Festival Highlights

The event features a blend of open-flame outdoor cooking, wine tastings, and educational components.

  • Wine: Tasting of over 100 award-winning wines, including reserve and limited-production varietals that have received gold medals or scores of 90+ points.
  • Cuisine: Local chefs prepare locavore dishes over open fires in four culinary zones corresponding to the featured global regions.
  • Entertainment: Live music, an artisan marketplace with handcrafted goods, and silent auctions.
  • Other Offerings: Locally brewed beer from Amador Brewing and educational seminars with local winemakers. 

Ticket Information

Tickets for the 2026 festival are available in several tiers. Most tickets are non-refundable and the event occurs rain or shine.

  • VIP Access ($125): Includes early entry, VIP parking, a commemorative glass, access to a VIP zone with exclusive food, winemaker meet-and-greets, and a swag bag.
  • General Admission ($85–$90): Includes parking, a commemorative glass, and four tickets to sample open-flame cuisine from each region.
  • Designated Driver ($40): Provides access to the event and food samples but excludes alcohol consumption and the commemorative glass
